Position Title: Rehabilitation Clinic Receptionist
Division: NHC Capital Wellness Clinic
Job Status: Part time
Location: 2283 St. Laurent Blvd.
Reporting to the Clinic Manager or designate, the Rehabilitation Clinic Receptionist is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of clinical operations, which includes greeting clients, managing files, answering phones, booking appointments, providing knowledge-based opinions, managing insurance claims, increasing repeat business as well as being the right-hand in all things governing the smooth operations of the clinic. The successful candidate must be a great communicator, well-organized, and a quick thinker.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones, book appointments
- Build clinic loyalty by exceeding service expectations and relationship-building
- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival
- Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
- Ensure the clinic is clean and laundry done at all times
- Daily financial reconciliation
- General administrative and clerical support
- Other duties as assigned by the Director or designate
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of customer interaction in a professional role, either face-to-face or over the phone
- Experience using Booker or other scheduling programs will be considered an asset
- Experience working in a clinical environment will be considered an asset
- Fluency, both spoken and written in English and French, is highly valued.
- Insurance processing experience is an asset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- High degree of accuracy in clerical data entry functions
