Relational Psychotherapy is a collaborative, person-centered approach aimed at understanding your emotional, psychological, and spiritual challenges within the broader context of your relationships with yourself, others, and the world around you. Therapy fosters personal growth, enhanced self-awareness, and healing by exploring your identity, past and present experiences, and relationships.
Relational psychotherapy is ideal for adults (18+) facing chronic emotional distress due to life transitions, interpersonal struggles, grief, and anxiety. It provides a safe space for self-exploration, helping you gain deeper insights into your relationships and identity. Common issues addressed include:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Grief and Loss
- Life Transitions
- Self-Identity
- Attention and hyperactivity disorder
Our therapist is also available to offer clinical supervision for mental health professionals, available both virtually and in-person.
Please Note:
- Our therapist conducts all patient appointments in person.
- Relational psychotherapy is not suitable for individuals' experiencing psychosis, active suicidality, or other severe mental health disorders like schizophrenia. These conditions require specialized care from a psychiatrist or psychologist.
- Currently, we do not offer couples or family therapy services. Relational psychotherapy is best for individuals ready to engage in self-exploration and who do not require immediate psychiatric support.
